I really enjoyed my first billiards lesson. I learned a lot of technical skills that already help improve my shooting. I didn't realize how important posture, angles, and proper setup were before this lesson. I didn't know what to expect because I have never taken professional lessons for anything in my life but I knew I wanted to get started learning how to play pool. My first day with Chris he showed me bridges, stance, lag and a few other things. After our session he sat down with me and showed me a good website where I could choose a cue stick, bag, gloves and chalk. Chris is easy to talk to, he shares his experiences and enjoys hearing mine. I couldn't figure out how to read the chart in the TAP app, Chris explained it to me. My experience with Chris has been beautiful, he's been accommodating me by meeting at any local pool hall that's suitable for me and he checks in with me regularly regarding my progress. Chris understande my learning style and he works with me to improve my technique using my specific practical learning style. I could go on and on and on about Chris, he strikes me as a highly intelligent, motivated guy and I love his sense of humor. Overall, I'm grateful he decided to share his expertise and start training. Chris is a magnificent example of some of the types of people that I have met in the pool league.
